Education leaders make daily strategic choices that they hope are grounded in a robust understanding of ‘what works’ and why. But what happens when leaders don’t have access to evidence-informed pedagogical approaches, and what are the implications for students? This session will use practical examples to explore the intersection between educational leadership and research, before examining how each can play a mutually reinforcing role in growing better leaders.
